A Day in Paradise

Since this is a fairly new blog I thought to make my position clear on “Freedom of Speech” in my blog.

Here it is: This isn’t a readers democracy, it’s my blog. While I enjoy and will participate in comments and feedback/trackbacks, I will not hesitate to delete any comment that I don’t like or that is offensive to me. I will also ban the IP of people who continue to harrass and cause problems.

I believe that a webmaster should be responsible for the content of their site, and I want to keep this a “family and friends” environment, free of flamefests. I know that sounds pretty bad, but I just hate it when people whine after a webmaster deletes a inflamitory post, so I wanted to make this clear from the beginning.

Active PHP Bookmarks

Another decent PHP/mySQL bookmark script. Fired it up but found that this incarnation is unfortunatly a bit thin on the feature side. No multiuser, no suggest a link, the administration is also a bit cumbersome.
