Windows Media Player Classic
Neil’s World - Media Player Classic
This is pretty cool, what looks like a rewrite of the good old “before we got all pretty” Windows Media Player. I say “what looks like” because I can’t find any information as to what exactly it is…
Anyway, it’s a media player, and it looks cool. What more do I need to say, install the friggin thing

I have been using WMPC for awhile. If you like it check out Real and Quicktime Alternative. You will have to scroll down a bit but find both at: http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/finalbuilds.htm
Oh yea, they are not players mind you. Just codecs that will work with wmpc. But it’s so nice to have Real off my system.
I never bothered to put real on my system… I just ignore .ram links! Nice to have it on now
Nice tip about the Real codecs. Now I can watch video clips from the BBC news website (cos they’re too stupid to use MPEG!)
I added the XviD codec and FFDShow plugin to my MPC install and it pretty much plays anything now
shure, real sucks, but you too. like real content and don’t like the player? stupid asses
