Thanks to Stephan Schmidt for pointing me to this cool dedicated hosting service. It’s a new company (good support) and the servers are in same data center as 1and1 servers in Karlsruhe. Not to mention dirt cheap.
Aparantly they have an IRC friendly AUP.
