A Day in Paradise

That’s what this new design and the idea that I have a “Featured Story” has done to me. I feel weird about posting the crud that my readers have grown used to over the last 2 years of blogging. Now I think that I need to write something useful or something that people would want to read as my Featured Story.

For anyone hasn’t read the fantastic “Why I Fucking Hate Weblogs!” rant a “Self Important Moron” is classified as:

People who honestly believe that they have ‘listeners’ who actually care what they think about the various topics they rant about in their weblogs. They believe that their opinions matter in the grand scheme of things. They are typically idealists who believe that one-person-can-make-a-difference bullshit applies to them personally or that they are somehow more enlightened than the rest of us schmucks.

So, I am not a Self Important Moron, I have no illusions about the importance of this blog… I think I’m a bit of a mix between a Town Crier and a Crossover poster. Google whore unfortunatly is not a category.

Anyway, all that to say… enough with the Self Important Moron… let the whoring continue!
