More on the Michael Jackson Verdict

This is one FUNNY clip… I guess that lady who insisted on the fact that “Michael came in his pyjamas” was a comedian’s dream. Good stuff.

And back to conspiracy theories, the presenter on ARD (the first German TV channel) also screwed up on the guilty/not guilty thing, finding Michael guilty on all 10 charges.

Lastly, for some good perspective, you’ve got to listen to today’s “Daily Source Code

CNN Declares Michael Jackson GUILTY!

Are we the only ones who saw the text scrolling along the bottom of CNN which brought the news of Michael Jackson’s Guilty verdict?

I jumped up and ran for the camera to take a “screen shot” but by the time I got back they had erased the line (a blank line scrolled by) and then removed it.

I’m wondering why they even have that announcement scrolling along the bottom when that is what the reporters are talking about. It’s like someone turns on the TV and doesn’t have the patience to take 2 minutes to listen to what the reporters are saying to discover that MJ is innocent. At some points “Michael Jackson is Innocent” was on the screen twice, and the reporter was talking about it. Talk about information overload.

Anyway, screw-ups aside, I’m happy with the verdict. I would have been happier if the judge would have thrown it out as a “frivolous lawsuit”, before it even went to trial, but I guess now that his name has been cleared it’s all good.

Oh yes… another thing. A verdict as big as this certainly shows that the prosecuters were lying. I wonder if the judge could throw a “contempt of court” at at least some of the defense witnesses. If I were the judge I’d be pretty pissed off that all this time and money was wasted by these morons.
