2. Build spiffy website
3. Hire indian kids to chat with morons
4. Harvest personal information from people who think they are talking to bots
5. PROFIT

3. what do you mean? we have a super cool coding team in India but they don’t chat through Spleak
4. to some extend yes - otherwise answers from Spleak to the user would be less relevant and less contextual - we ONLY use it for internal puposes, we DON’Tsell it to third parties and you can always access anything we store on you by asking her… check out our privacy policy on http://www.spleak.com/privacy.htm.
5. we haven’t made a dime so far. when we manage to build a community around Spleak we will try to make a living same way any other community does so

I’m sure spleak is very interesting. I haven’t used it since I don’t use MSN or Yahoo! for chatting, just GAIM, if it can integrate with that, I would be more than happy to give it a try
