		<description>I haven’t heard of one before. Adam Curry said in his DSC #341 that the Magazine’l lawyers might actually be arguing that it says “This photo is public” underneath each picture on Flickr” and that that would have been the reason the paper found it ok to use the pictures. If the court really would rule in favour of the paper it would be quite a setback for Yahoo, who owns Flickr now, and who thus has been widely endorsing the use of CC. Really interesting.</description>
