Linux on Toshiba Link Dump

Some links I dug up while my computer was rebooting

Debian on a A80-117
Slackware on an A80-131

My A80-121 Specs and More.

Resizing my NTFS partition. Best way is probably with GParted Live CD.

Computer is back up, time to get back to work.

    What is VehicleTransaction.com?

An escrow service is an impartial, independent 3rd party transaction service that is legally licensed to hold people’s money in trust. It benefits buyers and sellers by facilitating the transfer of goods for safe payment and adds an extra level of security and convenience. We have partnered with the industry leading escrow service, i-Escrow, to provide this service to our users.
How does the Escrow service work?
Escrow is a tightly controlled and efficient process which allows quick and easy transactions while making it nearly impossible to commit fraud.
    There are five basic steps:
The escrow process is started by either buyer or seller linking to Escrow or going directly to VehicleTransaction.com and filling out the online form. If it’s your first time to use Escrow, you will have to register, which is free and only takes a moment.
The other party receives an email from Escrow requesting that they visit the Escrow site and acknowledge the terms of the transaction.
Once the transaction is acknowledged, the buyer pays Escrow the agreed-upon price (all forms of payment are accepted: credit card, check, wire transfer, etc.)
After verification of payment, Escrow informs the seller that payment has been received and instructs the seller to ship the merchandise directly to the buyer. To verify delivery, the seller must ship via a trackable method.
The buyer receives the merchandise, has an opportunity to inspect it, and logs in to Escrow to confirm approval or to begin the return process to the seller. If approved, Escrow immediately sends a check to the seller. For returns, Escrow waits for the seller to confirm receipt of the returned merchandise before refunding the buyer.

What are the benefits of using an escrow service?
    For sellers, Escrow provides:
The assurance of prompt payment in good funds as well as protection against fraud and chargebacks.
The ability to accept multiple forms of payment, including credit cards, checks and money orders, without the cost or headaches of setting up payment processing or merchant accounts.
A convenient way to gain the confidence of cautious online buyers.
    For buyers, Escrow provides:
The ability to receive and inspect merchandise before the seller is paid.
The flexibility of multiple payment options and the access to a trusted source to hold those payments.

For both seller and buyer, Escrow provides:
QuikTrack, an online tool that manages and keeps track of all your transactions.
Escrow , which details all money flows in the transaction.
An independent and impartial 3rd party service to facilitate transactions between strangers.
How do I use Escrow in my lisings?
By selecting the Escrow option for your listing, the Escrow icon will be displayed at the bottom of your listing. This will let your viewers know that you are using this service for exchange of funds.
    What are Escrow’s fees?
Escrows fees are based on the amount of the transaction and the method of payment. Visit Escrow to view their fee schedule. Escrow is worth the peace of mind knowing your transaction will be secure and your money protected.
