Got Vista Home Basic on my new Dell and the first thing I changed back to classic view was the start menu. (Doooh!) Old habits die hard. Other than that I'm pretty happy with it. Only thing that doesn't seem to work properly with Vista is my [several year old] scanner. Oh well.

I've got a copy of Vista Business Edition that I'm going to install in VirtualPC here sometime in the next couple days, just to play with it a bit before I plow through my install here. I want to make sure it'll work with some of the odd-ball (and horribly dated) applications I have to work with on a daily basis before I commit to using it full time. I just wish I had an extra gig or two of ram to throw at it (my primary workstation -- my laptop -- has a gig in it right now).
