		<description>THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME!!!  After maybe 20 minutes of normal browsing my IE7 just stops letting me use new tabs and I can't open any other programs on my computer without getting an error message warning me that the program will not open because there isn't enough RAM to do so!!! NEED HELP PLEASEEE!!!</description>
