		<description>THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME!!!  After maybe 20 minutes of normal browsing my IE7 just stops letting me use new tabs and I can&#039;t open any other programs on my computer without getting an error message warning me that the program will not open because there isn&#039;t enough RAM to do so!!! NEED HELP PLEASEEE!!!</description>
