Surej kalathil beats Gil Mayron to take trophy
Posted by mobile phone:
So unfortunately I was not able to take on Gil Maynor myself due to being knocked out by Surej in the first round.
The finals were played by Surej and Gil. Surej won in straight games, Surej was on top of his game, gnd it seemed that Gil never found his speed serve.
The event was a lot of fun, props to everyone who was involved with setting it up.
I have several suggestions of “official rules” for wii tournaments.
1. A match consists of 3 sets. Best of 2 wins.
2. A new set of batteries must be used for every match. Additional batteries must be on hand if a contestant requests.
3. Each contestant must have equal time to practice before the game. No contestants can have used the controllers before the games.
Having said that, the games were a lot of fun and I look forward to competing again.

Hi Aaron,
The tournament was great fun!
I am sure that we will have many more events to come. Surej played one hell of a game. Maybe one day I will get to replay that match. He has taught me a lesson.
Kind regards,
Gil.

Why am I still ranked #1? Great question. I encourage all questions.
I have played many tournament. Even if I lose one match. A point system will soon be put in to action to show the actual standings. Surej needs to win four more tournaments to become #1.
Kind regards. Keep in touch.

Gil, nobody asked, but thanks for answering. You are welcome to West Palm Beach any time to defend your title.
