How about just dragging emails onto an IMAP-server? You can even have one locally installed. I agree that’s not the pretty way to do it - but works with all mailclients
Other idea is to use Mozilla Thunderbird on Windows to import it’s mail. Thunderbird stores mail in mbox-format, which should should then help you out again …
